We measure before we start
Every project has a metric and a baseline in writing before the first commit. Closure is evaluated against that metric.
We say what we don't know
If something hasn't been verified, we say so. If a pilot doesn't meet its metric, we say so and stop.
We operate what we build
We deliver with observability, alarms and a quality dashboard; “deploy succeeded” is not “the application works”.

AI models receive only what's needed and spend has an automatic cutoff.
