AI implementation for businesses · Saltillo, Mexico
AI that ships to production and gets measured.
ozeida is a software company in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, founded by Bruno Villarreal. We implement AI for businesses (LLM assistants and agents, automation, AI over your own data) and build custom software, AWS cloud and observability. Nearshore to the US, with business hours that overlap US Central and Eastern time.
What we do. Four services, one rule: it has to be measurable.

How we work. Measure, pilot, ship, operate.
- 1
We define the metric first
A success metric and its baseline, in writing: response time, hours freed, cost per request. If it can't be measured, we don't promise it.
- 2
A pilot with an end date
A closed scope on a real process, in weeks. At the end, we compare against the metric.
- 3
Production with the same team
If the pilot meets the metric, it goes to production without a handoff. If it doesn't, we say so and stop.
- 4
Operations included
We deliver with observability, alarms and a quality dashboard: the same tool we are building to run our own systems, ozeida Quality Control (in early access today).
We work alongside you. Before, during and after the project.
Our product. ozeida Quality Control: your systems, explained in one letter.
It grades every system from A to F, shows every alarm in full, and explains the current state in plain language with an AI assistant. Built so a non-technical owner understands how the business is running without reading a dashboard.

Every alarm with its current, complete state, nothing cut.
Why us. Reasons you can check.
We measure before we start
Every project has a metric and a baseline agreed before the first commit.
You talk to the people who build
Small team; the founder is in the design and in the code.
We operate what we build
Observability and alarms are part of the deliverable, not a separate contract.
A hard cap on AI spend
The inference budget is an application setting with an automatic cutoff.
Your data stays yours
Deployment into your own AWS account when you need it; models receive only what's necessary.
Nearshore, overlapping US hours
Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico: working hours overlap with US Central and Eastern time; English as the working language; US contracts and invoicing.
Work. Recent work
We don't publish named case studies yet. On the first call we walk you through real work and propose a pilot with a metric.

FAQ. Frequently asked questions.
What does ozeida do?
ozeida implements AI for businesses (LLM assistants and agents, automation, AI over company data) and builds custom software, AWS cloud and observability. It is a software company in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, founded by Bruno Villarreal.
What does “AI implementation” mean in practice?
Connecting a language model to the systems and data you already have (ERP, CRM, documents, email, messaging) so it can answer, classify, draft or execute steps of a process, with per-user permissions, an audit trail and a capped cost. It is not installing a generic chatbot.
Why work with a team in Mexico instead of one in the US or overseas?
Business hours that overlap with US Central and Eastern time (Saltillo is UTC−6 year-round), a short flight from Texas, and English as the working language. You talk directly to the engineers who design and write the code, not to a layer of account managers.
How do you handle contracts and payment for US companies?
Contracts in English, invoicing in USD. Details on the first call.
How much does a project cost?
Pilots are fixed-price, quoted after the first call. AI inference cost is reported from day one.
What is ozeida Quality Control?
It is our observability and quality product: it grades every system from A to F, shows every alarm in full and explains the state in plain language with an AI assistant. It is in development; early access is available on request.
